我地作為燒味界嘅老師傅,將燒腩仔呢樣必食燒味進化到氣炸鍋版本係必須的。豬皮超爆脆,肉質香嫩,唔肥膩,令人瘋狂Encore!!

爆脆燒腩仔 氣炸鍋食譜(食譜僅供參考, 準確溫度及烹調時間因氣炸鍋款式不同而異)

1. 食用前一天放於0-4度解凍 (連包裝袋)
2. 拆開包裝袋,取出已醃好腩仔放入氣炸鍋
3. 火力調至180度,氣炸20分鐘, 翻轉另一面火力調至18O度氣炸2分鐘. 完成
